I recently got the feeling that tracking my exercise might be vaguely
useful. This is my attempt.
Some of the names in this list are ad-hoc, for example the "Γ lift"

- Hold one dumbbell in each hand
- Standing straight, orthogonal to the floor
- Bending ones upper body forward so that it's now parallel to the ground, arms hanging straight down
